Image Manipulation is useful if you want to retouch the image of a person, crop or retouch a photograph and/or apply an image processing method such as blurring. The Image Manipulation plug-in enables the user to rotate, skew, flip, mirror the image and apply filters to the photos. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing transition from Java 6 to Java 8, this download of 'plain ImageJ2' cannot currently be updated to the latest Java-8-compatible version.
